How we Got Here… A Short History of Happy Baby Cheeks Cloth Diaper Service

Happy Baby Cheeks Cloth Diaper Service was started more than a decade ago by a couple of moms with a vision. They wanted to provide a service that allowed families to experience the advantages and health benefits of cloth diapering, and yet maintain the same convenience that disposable diapers provided. Over the years, through customer feedback and their unfailing desire to meet their customers needs, these ladies were proudly able to help hundreds of families do what was best for their babies and for the environment.

Quite by accident I stumbled upon Happy Baby Cheeks and thought of what a great service they were providing. As a mother who had cloth diapered five children, I knew firsthand how inconvenient cloth diapering could be. For many years I felt chained to my washing machine. I loved how the Happy Baby Cheeks provided a service that helped parents do the right thing for their babies and for the environment. When I learned that those two ladies we're looking for someone to take over their business so that they could take their lives in a different direction; I was delighted. For many years I have had a successful career working as a senior tax professional. I found my work very satisfying as I was able to help people to do things that they found very difficult to do on their own. The opportunity to take over Happy Baby Cheeks appealed to me because I knew that it would provide that same sense of satisfaction knowing that I was able to help people make healthy choices, conveniently and economically.

In February, 2018, the ownership and operation of Happy Baby Cheeks was passed to me. My staff and I continue to offer families a better alternative to using disposable diapers, without negatively impacting their busy lifestyles. We are proud to help parents protect their children from exposure to the potentially harmful chemicals found in disposable diapers. It is so satisfying knowing that by using our cloth diapers, customers are making an impact in the reduction of chemical and plastic laden garbage that find their way into our landfills. Our goal will always be to provide a service that is convenient and easy to use. We strive to ensure that our diaper service works for all families, while keeping the well-being of our environment in mind.
