In a Nutshell

Our cloth diaper service is simple: once a week we will drop by your home with fresh diapers and pick up all your dirty diapers. Our diaper service allows you to have the convenience of a disposable diaper with the advantages and health benefits of a cloth diaper; all this without having any additional work on your part.

Getting Started

All customers need to register for the diaper service through our website and subscribe through our online store. At that time you select the type of services that you wish to include and any items you wish to purchase. During check-out, you need to input your baby's due date/birthday, name (if known), birth weight (if known), billing information, and delivery information. Then you will pay for your items and the first two weeks of your cloth diaper service. Your contact information and billing details will also be collected as you proceed through the checkout process.

It is ideal to set up the service while you are still expecting, so we can put all the details of your service in place ahead of time. We will arrange to deliver your first week's supply of diapers, during the week before your due date. The day of the week will depend on when we normally deliver in your area. This will allow you to have the diapers on hand and ready to use once your baby arrives. We will also deliver any other items you ordered (i.e. diaper pail, Snappi diaper fasteners, etc.) at that time. 

When the baby arrives and you are ready to activate your service, you will need to call or email us and we will arrange for your weekly pick-up and delivery service to begin.

If your baby has already arrived when you order the service, we will begin your service the next day that we are delivering in your area. If you don't want to start immediately, just let us know and we can pause your service until you are ready to start.

Diaper Delivery

The day that we are able to make your deliveries depends on the area that you live in. You can expect to have your deliveries continue on the same day each week. We reserve the right to adjust the boundaries of our daily delivery regions at our discretion, based on changing customer density. This could result in your delivery day being changed, but we would provide ample advanced notice.

The diapers are delivered in a large moisture proof bag. This bag is used to line your diaper pail. You can either purchase a diaper pail from us or you can provide your own. Many of our customers like our diaper pail because it includes a slot in the lid to add a odor removal puck. Through the week, you will toss the dirty diapers (and cloth wipes, if you are using that service) into the bag-lined diaper pail. You are not required to rinse them. At the end of the week, remove the bag from your diaper pail and have it ready for our driver.

If you live in a house or townhome, place the bag of dirty diapers outside your door before 7 am on your delivery day. If you live in an apartment or condo, please let us know how you would like to arrange the pickup of your diapers. Some customers, prefer us to buzz up each time we do a pickup. Others have given our delivery driver a key or fob to access the apartment building so that the diapers can be exchanged at the door to your unit.

Our driver will pickup the dirty diapers and drop off a fresh supply in a clean bag that you will then use to re-line your diaper pail. Our team then counts the diapers returned and washes them.

Payments

You will customize your diaper service through our on-line store which will take you through the registration process. Once completed, the credit card that you provide will be charged for your first 2 weeks of service and any addition products that you have chosen to purchase. You will receive your first weekly supply of diapers and the products that you chose to purchase, the week prior to your baby's due date, or, if your baby is already here, we will deliver the next day that we are delivering in your area. Your next payment will be processed 2 weeks after your initial delivery, unless you are not immediately starting. In this case we will pause your service until you are ready. Once you let us know that you are ready to start, your service will be reactivated and your next payment will be processed 2 weeks later.

Our diaper service is provided by subscription. Your credit card will be charged bi-weekly, in advance for the following 2 weeks. Once you have completed 4 weeks of service, you are able to cancel your service at any time with 2 weeks advance notice from your delivery date.

If you wish to go on vacation and will not be using our diapers, your subscription can be paused so that you are not charged for the time that you are away. To find out more about our vacation procedures, please read the pertinent information on our  Policies and Procedures page.

Additional Services

For your convenience, we also provide a cloth wipe service. For the low cost of $6/week, we will provide you with as many wipes as you will need. You just moisten the wipes and clean your baby's bottom. The wipes are then tossed into the diaper pail with the diapers. We provide you with a clean supply, weekly as needed.

Our diapers require a waterproof cover to protect your baby's clothes and bedding. You can rent your diaper covers from us ($4/week of 4 diaper covers). You would keep these covers in your home and launder them as needed. Please avoid putting them in the dryer; hang to dry. As your baby grows we will provide larger size covers, as needed. Rented covers would need to be returned when you discontinue your service. We also sell other related baby products through our online store.

Share the happiness! If you refer a friend and are a current customer, each of you will receive a free week of service (after the first 4 week period). If you refer a friend and you are a past customer, your friend can get 2 free weeks of service!
