Subscription Procedure

Diaper service is by subscription. Through our secure online store, customers select the type of diaper service they want and customize it to their needs. Subscription payments are processed with the credit card provided, or via PayPal, in advance, every two weeks. Customers are responsible to keep their credit card details up-to-date. Credit Card details can be updated through My Account. Any declined transactions incur a $10 decline fee.

Any changes to your service must be requested two weeks in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Subscribers to our diaper service agree to commit to four weeks of service. After the four weeks, the service can be canceled. We require two weeks paid notice to cancel service. Notice can be given via email at [email protected] or verbally at (604) 539-8322. Voice mail messages are acceptable.

Discontinuing service prior to four weeks is possible, but the unused portion of the four weeks will be invoiced. Any unused service will remain on account indefinitely to be used in the future or it can be gifted to a friend or family member who subscribes to our diaper services. Unused diaper service credits are only valid toward our diaper service and can not be used to purchase products in our online store.

Refund Policy

Two week subscription prepayments are not refundable because your final prepayment is required to cover the required two weeks paid cancellation notice.

Prepayments for longer periods are refundable using the following formula:

  • The portion of the prepaid period that has been used will be recalculated at our regular weekly rates to remove the prepayment discount. The four week minimum still applies. This value will be subtracted from the total that was prepaid.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded less a 20% processing fee, or $20, whichever is less.

Vacation Policy

If you are going away for any reason and will not be using our diapers, you are able to put your subscription on hold. You will be placed on vacation status and will not be charged during this period provided the following conditions are met.

  • Two weeks advance notice is provided.
  • Your vacation time must start and end on your regular delivery day. We are unable to accommodate partial week vacations,
  • All diapers, wipes and rented covers must be returned, both clean and dirty, on your regular delivery day prior to your vacation time.

We will arrange to have a clean supply delivered to you, on your regular delivery day, once you have returned and are ready to resume your service.

Damage or Lost Policy

Customers assume responsibility for our products while on our service. Please insure that you have a secure place to leave the diapers, or arrange to be home to receive them. You may be charged $10 to replace each lost or stolen diaper or diaper cover.

We track our inventory going out and count everything returned. We ask that you do not use diapers or wipes for household cleaning or makeup removal. They are to be used for your baby only.

If you use diaper creams, please be careful to only use creams that are marked safe for cloth diapers or use a bio-degradable liner to protect the diaper from staining. Reasonable wear and minor damage is expected, but excessive damage or staining that is not produced by your baby may result in you being charged for the diaper replacement.

Zinc-based diaper creams are not safe for use with cloth diapers. The stains are very difficult to remove from our premium diapers and permanent on our cotton prefolds. If zinc-based cream is found transferred on any diaper that you return to us, we reserve the right to charge $10 for each diaper that requires treatment or replacement. Repeated non-compliance could result in your service being cancelled. If you need to use zinc-based cream, please use a disposable diaper during tratment.

Hoarding Policy

Our services provide as many diapers or wipes as you will need for only one week at a time. Each week you will receive an email to remind you of how many diapers you can expect to be delivered the next day. If you have more than 10 or 20 surplus diapers or wipes in your home, please reply to that email to let us know to bring less for the following week. We can adjust your standing order if you are constantly finding that you are receiving more than you need. Stock-piling the diapers can make it difficult for us to ensure that we have enough inventory to service all of our customers. We reserve the right to reduce the number of diapers or wipes we will deliver when we suspect that you have a surplus.

Pick-up or Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver and pick-up diapers as scheduled, but we reserve the right to make alternative arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances such as dangerous weather conditions, traffic accidents, police incidences or other perils. We will do our best to let you know as soon as possible if such events will affect your delivery.

If you forget to put out your dirty diapers, we will knock or attempt to contact you by phone to remind you. We will still leave you a clean supply when we have access to your usual delivery location. If we are unable to collect the dirty diapers, you will need to hold onto them for an extra week and put out both bags the following week.

If you live in an apartment or gated community and you have NOT provided us with a key or fob for access, AND we are unable to contact you, we will be unable to complete your delivery. Due to time restraints, fuel costs and other factors, we will not be able to provide more than one attempt to make our regularly scheduled pickups and deliveries. On request, special arrangements can be made for unscheduled deliveries for an additional fee of $15.

Declined Payment Policy

Customers are responsible to keep their credit card details up-to-date. Declined charges will incur a $10 decline fee.

Referral Policy

Share the happiness! If you refer a friend and are a current customer, each of you will receive a free week of service (after they complete their first 4 week period). If you refer a friend and you are a past customer, your friend can get 2 free weeks of service!

All material on this website including products, product availability, pricing, and other information are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep the information on our website accurate, and make every effort to quickly correct information when it is brought to our attention.
